Nowadays Plastic Wood /Plastic Profile are widely used in decoration industry, e. G. Plastic Wood /Plastic Profile. Compared with Aluminiuml-based products, Plastic Wood /Plastic Profile have many incomparable advantages, e.g. Low cost, light weight, corrosion-proof, easy installation and recyclable, etc. Thus traditional metallic materials are being gradually replaced by plastic wood/plastic products, which create a very bright market prospect!

The main extruder in Plastic Wood /Plastic Profile production line is conical twin-screw extruder. It has many advantages, such as forced extrusion, high production capacity, low cutting speed, not-easy decomposition of materials, good compounding and plasticizing effect. Therefore it is very suitable for extruding plastic-based pipes, profiles, sheets and boards, etc. Meanwhile it is also suitable for pelletizing (granulation).
